Dr. Linquist has sixteen years as a consultant regarding organizational and interpersonal communication, diversity, team-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution (see Selected client list). College and university lecturer, frequent conference keynote speaker, and guest expert featured on local and national broadcast media, (including Oprah, Hard Copy, Geraldo and CNN).

With twenty-three years in private practice, Dr. Linquist specializes in brief therapies, such as EMDR and DELETE Technique. Therapy addresses anxiety, depression, adjustment, phobic, post-traumatic stress, medical-psychological, and communication issues affecting individuals, families, couples, and groups. Her eclectic theoretical approach also utilizes behavioral, cognitive, redecision, short-term techniques, and rapid response processes.

Dr. Linquist is a crisis intervention coordinator, conducting psychological triage, managing media relations, and advising on police interventions from onset through recovery.

Dr. Linquist offers counseling and coaching to individuals, groups and businesses -- in person and on the phone.
